Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all logistics for events, ensuring seamless execution through effective communication with stakeholders and vendors, on-site supervision, and accurate administrative and financial support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate venue bookings, audio-visual setups, catering, staging, and technical requirements to ensure smooth event logistics
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to align event objectives and deliverables
Supervise event flow on-site by managing schedules and resolving last-minute issues to maintain event quality
Prepare event schedules, track documentation, manage banquet event orders, and process invoices or cost estimates accurately
