· SPM or equivalent or 1 year working experience

· Knowledge & experience of working tools & spares handling

· Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated

· Ability to communicate effectively verbally.

Job Description:

• Issue of goods to workers accordingly to Department Requisition Order and the Store Issue Note, and stock card to be update immediately
• In the event that goods requested are not available in the store, the store purchase Requisition shall be submitted to the purchasing officer for further process.
• All goods received from suppliers shall be checked carefully and thoroughly to ensure that there are according to the required specification stated in the Store Purchase Requisition and in good condition.
• If any discrepancy is found, the goods shall be returned to the supplier and goods Return Notes shall be issue. A copy of goods return note shall be submitted to the purchasing officer
• The stock should be stored systematically according to the category of goods for easy retrieval.
• Must ensure that goods are issued only after counter-checking the quality, and the stock description.
• Update stock card / stock level, plan daily work, schedule to enhance the efficiency.
