Job Summary

You will manage quantity surveying tasks including assessing subcontractor claims, preparing payments and variation orders, and handling client submissions to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs to accurately measure materials and work scope for project cost control
• Assess subcontractors' claims and prepare interim payment applications and variation orders to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support project and company objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines
• Willingness to be stationed at the project site office
