About Our Client
Our client is an established Singapore-based engineering solutions provider specializing in integrated building and infrastructure projects. The company has a strong project portfolio and continues to expand its engineering and project delivery capabilities across Singapore.
Job Scope
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, consultants and business partners.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
Work closely with project and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports and customer records.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of construction products, services or project-based solutions.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong network within the construction, property or engineering sectors will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
