Job Description:

• Assist in daily network operations and Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
• Monitor network devices, systems, and connectivity to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform routine network health checks and report issues or abnormalities.
• Support troubleshooting and incident resolution under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain and update operational documentation and records.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for IT infrastructure projects and team activities.
• Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, and related administrative tasks.
• Execute other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, network operations, or infrastructure support are also encouraged.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Positive working attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
