Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper filing and storage of documents
• Help collect data for analysis purposes
• Support others departments as and when assigned (eg jigging, unjigging, packing, calibration,

outgoing test, chemical titration, data entry)

• Perform other administrative jobs, eg Data entry, help out as receptionist as and when required
• Work with inter- or intra-department members to maintain and update accurately records related

to production, QC, Laboratory testing, and analysis for Sales purpose

• Assist with other projects or other departments as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
• Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Secondary / ‘O’ Levels education or equivalent
• 1 year experience in Administration
