岗位职责

  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations:
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications:
  • Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
  • Preparing VO and other reports as required.
  • Any other task assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
  • At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines
