Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with business objectives

• Manage customer experience, team performance, and overall service standards

• Analyse business performance and adapt strategies to improve operations

• Resolve operational challenges with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management

• Experience in Japanese-style service or dining concepts is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality and consistency

• Able to manage multiple outlets or high-volume operations

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• Willing to work split shifts and a 6-day work week

• Able to commence work within a short notice period is an advantage
