Responsibilities

Lead daily trading and business operations to achieve company sales and growth objectives

Develop and implement business strategies that drive measurable sales and growth outcomes

Manage purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to optimize operational efficiency

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, suppliers, and potential customers to expand company reach

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable agreements

Monitor sales performance, profitability, operating costs, and business targets to inform decision-making

Lead and supervise employees by allocating responsibilities and evaluating performance to enhance team productivity

Oversee inventory planning and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods to maintain supply chain continuity

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners to support business growth

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to guide strategic business decisions

Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to support company planning and control

Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations, internal policies, and business procedures to mitigate risks

Review operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

Report business performance and strategic matters to company directors to facilitate informed governance
