We're seeking an Visual Designer to join our team.This role is key in enhancing social media engagement, improving conversion rates, and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design, marketing trends, consumer needs in the ecommerce space.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Briefing: Support campaign briefing preparations by helping to align design requirements, campaign direction, and creative deliverables.

Campaign Design: Develop creative concepts aligned with thematic campaigns.

Ecommerce Graphics: Design eye-catching banners, product images, and promotional materials for platforms like Shopee, TikToTok, and websites.

Performance Ads & Social Media Assets: Create trendy and engaging visuals, including static posts, carousels, and short-form videos, for campaigns, launches, advertisements.

Email Campaigns: Design graphics for newsletters and customer communication touchpoints.

Retailer Support: Develop POSM, display visuals, and social media assets for retailers such as Watson.

Product Packaging Design: Support packaging design needs, including labels, boxes, stickers, and other related materials.

Ad Hoc Designs: Support the design needs of our brands for events and other projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS), Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).

• Proven experience designing graphics for ecommerce platforms.

• A creative and user-centric approach to design.

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to perform under pressure during peak seasons.
