Responsibilities:

· Engineering Tasks: Perform basic engineering tasks related to design, analysis, testing, integration, and systems engineering, with a focus on mechanical designs.

· Mechanical Fabrication Drawings: Produce accurate and detailed mechanical fabrication drawings adhering to design specifications and industry standards.

· As-Built Drawings: Generate comprehensive as-built drawings reflecting the actual construction or assembly of mechanical equipment.

· Resource Efficiency: Ensure the efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources to produce cost-effective and high-quality products.

· Project Management: Handle general project management administrative duties.

· Product Management: Manage and oversee methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products.

· Liaison with Manufacturing Workers: Collaborate closely with manufacturing staff to communicate project requirements and specifications. Provide technical support and guidance to ensure efficient fabrication of products.

· Product Testing: Conduct thorough testing of manufactured products to verify quality and functionality. Analyze test results and provide feedback for product improvement.

· Customer Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues, providing remote assistance or onsite support as required. Diagnose problems, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or related discipline

· Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably in the mechanical equipment industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
