Are you a warm, organised and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to create a welcoming experience for our patients and support the smooth daily operation of our dental clinic.

You will be the friendly face and helpful voice of our clinic, from greeting patients and coordinating appointments to answering enquiries and providing attentive follow-up care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome patients and assist them with registration and check-in.
• Manage appointments, reminders, rescheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Explain general clinic services, procedures, promotions and payment options clearly.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow.
• Handle payments, receipts and basic administrative records accurately.
• Maintain updated and confidential patient information.
• Follow up with potential and existing patients to support appointment conversion and retention.
• Resolve patient concerns calmly, professionally and with empathy.
• Assist with other front-desk and clinic administrative duties when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, healthcare or a dental clinic is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, patient and confident when communicating with people.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers, messaging applications and basic office systems.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willing to work on weekends
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in delivering an excellent patient experience.
