About the Role:

As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to customers in the Cloud Native, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Container Platform space.

You will work closely with our Sales, Product, R&D, and technical teams to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support.
• Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Collect and sort out the needs of the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Pre-sales, R&D, DevOps, Operations, or System/Platform Engineering is preferred.
• It’s better to be familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
• Experience in pre-sales, R&D or operation and maintenance of medium is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
