• Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and general maintenance of the equipment
• Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that testing materials are delivered on time and accurately
• Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials
• Accurate documentations of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required
• Run periodic cycle count and stock take
• Purchasing and liaison with suppliers
• Plan & manage fulfilling contract from Order Entry
• Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
• Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
• Experience in analyzing and tracking expenses
• Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations will be advantageous

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per month
