- Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries and assist to register patients
- Assist in handling and restraining animals during consultations and treatments
- Schedule appointments, admissions and follow-ups
- Invoicing, dispensing medications and provide basic advice on animal care, nutrition and point-treatment care
- Administrative tasks including filing, data entry, stock replenishment for reception display, stock check and document preparation (eg. issue certificates, print labels etc)
- Maintain accurate up-to-date customers’ records and ensuring confidentiality of information
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and oversee payments of invoices/bills
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues (NETS machine, printer, etc)
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Follow safety protocols for handling animals and medical waste
- Support miscellaneous duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Passion and love for animals and their wellbeing
- Possess initiative, good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a veterinary or animal care environment is a plus
Working Hours:
9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Mon to Fri)
10.00 am to 5.00 pm (1 Sat per month)
