Responsibilities:
Perform daily routine duties in Front Desk of TMC regarding greeting and welcoming arriving guests, guest registration, cashiering, handing room keys, accommodation enquires, membership enquires

Handling payments in a most courteous, efficient and professional way

Handle emergency situations that occurred at TMC.

Requirements:
5 years hotel/club operations experience, preferably in Front Office

International chain experience preferably

High Diploma in Hotel Management or above

People-oriented with problem solving skills

Excellent departmental coordination and organizational skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Innovative, multi-tasking and possesses a can-do attitude

Plan, set and execute priorities. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver results in a timely manner

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Seafarers Experiences Officer.
