SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma.
• Experience in roadworks, drainage, infrastructure or building construction is an advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and site safety.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors.
• CIDB Green Card is required.
• Willing to work at construction sites and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work at site.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, materials and machinery.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor work progress and project schedule.
• Check quality of workmanship.
• Ensure site safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, Consultant and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain site records.
• Identify and resolve site issues with the relevant parties.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
