About the Role

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
  • Handle emails from external bookings
  • Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs accurately.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
  • Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry, and the tasks assigned by Clinic Manager.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
  • Assist in drug dispensing under the supervision of licensed medical staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • Secondary/ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, Clinic Solution).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
  • Cantonese speaker
