Job Summary
As part of Multidata’s growth, the Finance & Admin Assistant role supports backend operations by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining process integrity, and overseeing financial and administrative tasks in a digitalized environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse key operational and sales metrics using integrated reporting tools to support business decisions
Verify completeness and accuracy of financial records to maintain reliable accounting data
Coordinate internal communication across finance and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain consistency and control in administrative processes to support operational efficiency
Assist with basic HR administrative tasks to support the HR function as needed
Required competencies and certifications
O level / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner
