Job Responsibility:

• Review architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and calculate material requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, installers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare detailed project costings, including materials, labour, freight and other related costs.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate orders with local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier production schedules and material lead times.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and courier companies

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Procurement, or a similar role.
• Experience in the construction, interior fit-out, or building materials industry is an advantage.
