• JLPT N1 / N2 holder
• Able to communicate in Japanese & English
• Customer service experience is a plus

Job Scope

• Handle customer inquiries (call, live chat, email)
• Assist with skincare products, orders & services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Update records in CRM system

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
