What You’ll Do

Support customers using

Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and Power Platform

Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes

Guide users on system functions, configurations, and best practices

Manage support tickets and communicate progress clearly

Test enhancements, document solutions, and support deployments

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience with any accounting systems, or business applications, Dynamics 365 will be a major plus

Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills

Basic understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, or operations

Willingness to learn Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions

Responsible, organised, and comfortable working directly with customers
