Explorer Academy is a Science specialist tuition centre with over 12 years of results. We are looking for a Science Curriculum who is passionate about the lab work, genuinely cares about students, and wants to develop their craft in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Curate & Build Lab Practical Content
Curate and develop practical and experimental content for Primary and Secondary Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology)
Design lab activities, worksheets, step-by-step instructions and answer guides
Ensure all content is curated and formatted according to EA's teaching template
Ensure all content maps to the latest Singapore MOE Secondary Science syllabus
Keep materials accurate, current, and consistent across Physics, Chemistry & Biology
Support Lab Delivery
Trial experiments before class use to confirm they run cleanly in a classroom setting
Work with tutors and the academic team to refine content based on how it plays out in real lessons
Keep the content library organised and version-controlled
Flag gaps and suggest improvements to strengthen our practical programme
Working Hours
Part-time, flexible hours
Remote / Hybrid
Paid per project phase
Job Requirements
Strong attention to detail, and able to organise large amounts of information systematically
Good written English
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience teaching or tutoring Secondary Science
Familiarity with the Singapore MOE Science syllabus
Experience preparing educational resources
Qualification
Strong understanding of Primary and Secondary Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology)
Major in a Science-related discipline
