Job Summary
You will lead site supervision activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications, driving quality control and construction safety for civil and structural engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Execute site supervision duties in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations to ensure regulatory adherence and project integrity
Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring alignment with project requirements
Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to verify feasibility and compliance with engineering standards
Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and minimize defects
Coordinate site works to implement and uphold construction safety protocols, reducing risks and ensuring a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supervising civil works projects of similar scope and complexity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is advantageous
