Key Responsibilities

Perform precision machining operations including CNC turning, milling, and wire cut EDM machining with minimal supervision

Set up and operate turning, milling, and wire cut machines according to technical drawings and job specifications

Carry out machine adjustments, tool offset setting, and basic program editing to ensure machining accuracy and productivity

Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering specifications accurately

Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge)

Ensure all machined components meet dimensional tolerance, surface finish, and quality standards

Troubleshoot minor machining or quality issues and report abnormalities when required

Maintain proper machine handling, cutting tools, fixtures, and workplace safety practices

Support production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned machining tasks

Requirements

Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or related field

2–3 years of relevant experience in CNC turning, milling, or wire cut machining

Experience in precision engineering or CNC machining environment is preferred

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Familiar with measuring tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge

Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup is an advantage

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
