Job Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement — Proactively approach customers to introduce, promote, and highlight the value of the company’s products.
• Product Consultation — Offer clear, reliable product explanations and guide customers toward options that best match their needs.
• Sales Delivery — Consistently work towards meeting sales objectives and leverage opportunities to maximise overall sales performance.
• Relationship Management — Maintain strong rapport with customers and outlet staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping environment.
• Merchandising Oversight — Uphold high standards of product presentation and ensure the sales area remains tidy, organised, and visually appealing.
• Competitive Analysis — Track competitor activities, including pricing and promotional trends, to support strategic planning.
• Inventory Support — Assist with stock audits, replenishment, and product arrangement when required.
• Operational Reporting — Prepare and submit daily sales updates and activity reports in accordance with company requirements.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Background — Experience in sales, retail, or promoter roles is preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Strong Communication — Able to communicate clearly and deliver professional, customer‑focused service.
• Customer Interaction Skills — Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers confidently.
• Goal‑Driven Mindset — Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent performance.
• Team & Independent Capability — Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Professional Discipline — Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to assigned duties.
