Job Requirements:
Proven experience in operations control or management within the engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex operational challenges.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear coordination across levels and departments.
