Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.

• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.

• Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.

• Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter

• Implement and ensure QC plan

• Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.

• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up

• To verify VO and prepare back charges.

• Attend sub-con meetings.

• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)

• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade

• demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

• Complete design studies and monitor builds

• Create work schedules.

• To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.

• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.

• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

• Relevant HDB experience will be added advantage.

• Only Singaporeans.

• Relevant qualification of certificates in architectural discipline
