Project Management

• Lead engineering design and plant modification reviews.
• Apply CPMS/MFO and VIPs for structured project execution.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids.
• Monitor contractor progress to ensure safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct punch listing and PSSR for project completion.
• Support commissioning and handover to Operations.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies for inspections.
• Maintain project documentation and update standard specifications.

Operational Excellence

• Select contractors based on safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Evaluate contractor safety performance and conduct field audits.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations.

Cost & Capital Stewardship

• Manage capital budgets and control MOC expenditures.
• Track and analyze monthly project expenses.
• Forecast capital spending and optimize contracting strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in managing projects in petrochemical industries
• Strong teamwork and initiative in cross-functional collaboration
• Effective communication and a drive for continuous improvement
• Singaporean/SPR
