Key Responsibilities

• Perform metal surface finishing including polishing, deburring, grinding, and lapping on precision machined components with minimal supervision
• Carry out electropolishing and passivation processes in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements
• Execute TIG welding and basic fabrication for small and precision parts, ensuring consistent weld quality
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications accurately
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer)
• Ensure all parts meet surface finish, cleanliness, and dimensional standards
• Troubleshoot minor process or quality issues and report abnormalities when required
• Maintain proper machine handling, tool care, and workplace safety practices
• Support production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in surface finishing, polishing, or TIG welding
• Experience in CNC machining or precision engineering environment is preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Familiar with basic measuring tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
