Responsibilities:

• Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, ensuring both individual and team sales objectives are achieved
• Commitment to the team roster and positive attendance record
• Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy
• Able to assist in-store operational duties, such as ensuring the cleanliness of the store, performing stock replenishment, stock checks and managing the fitting room area
• Be always presentable in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards
• Co-ordinate and be involved in event / activity logistics & preparations 

Requirements:

Professional background/ Experience:

• Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing
• Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion
• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management

Fresh graduates, no prior experience will be considered.

Computer skills: 

• Outlook: Intermediate
• Word: Intermediate
• Excel: Intermediate
• Powerpoint: Intermediate

Working Hours: 44hrs Per Week subjected to shift rotations schedule, 2 off days per week
