Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Draftsman to join our team at CRSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing architectural drawings and technical documentation to support the design and submission of projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architectural field, contributing to a variety of residential and commercial projects while working closely with architects and designers.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD based on instructions from architects or engineers.
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings such as floor plans, layout plans, and detail drawings.
• Revise drawings according to comments from architects, consultants, and local authorities.
• Ensure drawings are properly organized, labelled, and maintained according to project requirements.
• Assist in preparing drawings for authority submissions and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects and other consultants to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings when required.
• Ensure drawings are completed within the project timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk Revit is an added advantage).
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
