Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and enterprise systems
• Administer user access and security via Microsoft Active Directory
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
• Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere
• Perform system/data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery planning
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPN)
• Troubleshoot system and network issues (Level 2/3 support)
• Ensure IT documentation is updated and audit-ready
• Support internal and external IT audits and compliance requirements
• Liaise with vendors and service providers
• Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in System and/or Network Administration

Technical Skills

• Windows Server and/or Linux administration
• Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall, VPN
• Backup, restoration, and recovery solutions
• Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS is an advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
