Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development:
Create and maintain master or baseline schedules for manufacturing, construction, or maintenance operations using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Resource Allocation:
Estimate and assign labor, equipment, and material requirements needed for each project phase.
Progress Tracking:
Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and adjust timelines to mitigate project risks.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, operations, and management teams.
Cost & Compliance Control:
Look for ways to reduce operational costs while ensuring adherence to safety and labor standards
