Hiring: Firewall Engineer | Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Firewall Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in firewall deployment, implementation, and network security.

Location: Malaysia

Experience: 6+ Years

Job type:1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise firewall solutions.
• Work on Routing & Switching (R&S) and firewall technologies.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of:
• FortiGate
• Palo Alto
• Cisco ASA
• Check Point
• Manage firewall policies, configurations, troubleshooting, and security controls.
• Support network security implementation and ongoing operational activities.

Good to Have

• Zscaler Proxy
• Other Proxy/Secure Web Gateway tools
• Automation tools
• Scripting
• Linux administration/troubleshooting

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Firewall/Network Security.
• Strong hands-on experience in firewall deployment and implementation.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, Routing & Switching, and security technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise firewall environments is preferred.
