Network Support Engineer responsible for providing Level 1/Level 2 technical support, network monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance across enterprise IT environments. Experienced in diagnosing LAN/WAN connectivity issues, routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, cabling, and network devices. Provides remote and on-site support, performs hardware replacements and network upgrades, validates connectivity, and works with senior engineers and vendors to resolve complex incidents. Maintains network documentation, incident records, configuration details, and ensures services are restored within defined SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, replace, and test routers, switches, access points, and network appliances.
• Perform Smart Hands and on-site technical support for network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, routing, and switching issues.
• Support Cisco and other enterprise network equipment.
• Perform hardware break/fix, device replacement, rack-and-stack, and structured cabling activities.
