Relevant Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Material Control, Warehouse Operations, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) through internships, projects, or coursework is beneficial.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction industry through internship or industrial training is an advantage.
Qualifications / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic results and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, inventory management, or logistics processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring material requirements and maintaining material status reports to support project activities.
- Support the review of material requests, stock availability, and inventory records.
- Assist in creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and tracking procurement progress through SAP or other ERP systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support receiving, issuing, and transferring materials while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in updating material tracking systems and ensuring documentation is properly filed.
- Help maintain material traceability, including delivery orders, packing lists, certificates, and other project-related documents.
- Coordinate with the logistics team on material mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support material close-out activities, including returns, transfers, and disposal documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory, or material management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
