Job Summary
Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget compliance
Interface professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and performance
Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural models and drawings
Apply Photoshop skills to enhance project presentations and visual communications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
