Job Summary

Opus Verticals Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Operations Admin in Bishan, Singapore, responsible for supporting order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices from customer orders to ensure timely billing
• Maintain and update inventory records to support stock availability and order fulfillment
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp to enhance customer service
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries to restaurant customers across Singapore to ensure on-time receipt of goods
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
• Availability to work full-time hours, including mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings

Other Information

• Expected salary: $2500 - $3300 per month
• Location: Bishan, Singapore
• Work schedule:
• Mon–Fri: Morning and Afternoon shifts
• Sat: Morning shift
