Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Recruitment Associate with an interest in building a career in the recruitment industry. The role in involves managing end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client hiring requirements and sourcing suitable candidates to conduct interviews, facilitating offers and supporting successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and placements.

Understand hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

Diploma or degree in any discipline

Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development will be an added advantage.

Strong interest in recruitment industry and willingness to learn.

Proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve results.
