Job Summary

Lead and support a team by managing daily workflows, training staff, facilitating communication between employees and supervisors, handling administrative tasks, and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily team workflow to ensure timely task completion and project progress
• Assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload to optimize productivity
• Track project milestones and report progress to senior supervisors for informed decision-making
• Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation and training sessions to accelerate integration
• Provide on-the-job guidance to staff to enhance performance and skill development
• Facilitate clear communication between frontline employees and senior supervisors to align goals
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support administrative and operational needs
• Assist with scheduling and inventory management to ensure resource availability
• Resolve staff conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment
• Address customer or guest complaints effectively to uphold service quality and satisfaction
