Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical development, mentoring developers, ensuring software quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.

Manage and mentor a team of software developers and programmers.

Define software architecture and technical standards.

Review source code and ensure adherence to coding best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Coordinate project timelines, task allocation, and resource planning.

Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.

Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems where required.

Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements.

Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum

5 years of software development experience

, including at least

2 years in a leadership or senior programming role

.

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as

Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Go

.

Experience with modern frameworks such as

.NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js

.

Knowledge of SQL and database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI, automation, or machine learning projects is an advantage.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, Azure, or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.

Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
