Job Description

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange raw materials, packaging materials, and finished animal feed.
• Support receiving, storage, production material issuance, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Verify goods against delivery orders, receiving documents, and stock-transfer records.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are stored in the correct locations and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Inspect the forklift before operation and report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern immediately.
• Assist with stock counts and report damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent contamination, damage, spillage, or product loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with 5S, feed safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Follow warehouse traffic rules, loading limits, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid forklift driving certificate or competency licence.
• At least 1–2 years of forklift-operating or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to operate forklifts safely and perform basic daily equipment inspections.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, and workplace safety.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods in a dusty, noisy, and manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
