Job Summary
Manage cleaning operations with a focus on scheduling, manpower deployment, and client relationship building. Provide hands-on support by covering cleaning duties during manpower shortages to ensure seamless service delivery.

Deploy and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational demands
Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to support service satisfaction and retention
