Responsibilities:

• General reception duties such as greeting guests and registration.
• Answer telephone and message enquiries, handle appointments and confirm daily booking.
• Assist specialist doctor in clinical procedures and health assessment process
• Arrange Surgical/ Medical procedure appointment
• Filing and tracking of medical record or related document
• Clean, sterilize medical instruments and handle maintenance of clinic equipment/utilities
• Assist in clinic daily operation
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• 5 days
• Form 5 graduates or above with minimum 1 year clinic experience
• Client-oriented, responsible, motivated and good team player
• Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
