岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting Customers and providing a warm welcome.
Taking orders and accurately recording customer preferences.
Offering menu recommendations and providing information about specials.
Ensuring that orders are prepared and presented correctly.
Serving food and beverages to customers at their table.
Refilling drinks and attending to any additional requests.
Clearing empty plates and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Handling customer payments and providing accurate change.
Ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and chairs.
Job Requirements:
Best with working experiences in F&B Field, Hospitality Management and/or other related field.
A Customer-centric approach and the ability to provide excellent service.
Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Accuracy in taking and processing orders is cruicial to ensure customer satisfaction.
Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
