Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of payroll processing

Verify and process overtime claims, incentives and reimbursements

Ensure timely and accurate processing payments, cpf submissions, IR8A, IR21 and Annual Performance Bonus/ Increment

Submit government claims (NS/ maternity/ childcare leave) within stipulated time frame

Track attendance/ lateness records and compute the necessary deductions

Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding

Administer HR Letters (i.e. Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion etc)

Ensure proper maintenance of HRIS system and updating of employees’ particulars and information

Ensure proper filing of personnel documents and data entry into the payroll system.

Manage foreign employees’ work pass application, renewal and cancellation activities.

Attend to queries on Payroll related matters

Undertake Ad-hoc Hr and Payroll projects as and when assigned

To plan, brainstorm and execute all company wide events

Manage workplace and do up simple advertorial posters for announcements

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field

Possess 1-2 years of related experience

Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment

Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels

Strong analytical problem solving and time management skills

Experience in Infotech HR System and Google Suite would be advantageous
