About the role

Join our IT team to provide hands-on technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, applications, hardware, and network infrastructure supporting our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for users at office and warehouse locations.

• Support and maintain business applications including ATLAS, WMS, Oracle, Webtools and other in-house systems.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software, PCs, printers and other IT equipment.

• Support network, server and database maintenance, backup and security activities.

• Manage user accounts, system access and application permissions.

• Maintain IT asset records and conduct regular asset audits.

• Troubleshoot system, network and connectivity issues and provide timely resolution.

• Liaise with IT vendors on equipment repair, maintenance and procurement.

• Provide basic IT training and guidance to users when required.

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support / IT system administration.

• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking and system troubleshooting.

• Experience with ERP/WMS applications, Oracle, SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Customer-service oriented and able to work with users at different levels.

• Able to work independently and under pressure when handling urgent IT issues.
