Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, portioning, plating)
Prepare simple dishes and pre-prepped items according to SOPs
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
Assist with stock receiving and storage
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support chefs during service (prep, packing, basic cooking tasks)
Requirements
No experience required (training provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good work ethic
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Physically fit (standing for long hours, light lifting)
