The HR & Training Assistant will join forces with the People Management Department to support the overall operations of providing exceptional employee experience and upholding our company's core value: Be Kind.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support training & development structures,
• Assist in coordinating, planning, and conducting training activities, as well as creating and maintaining training materials.
• Provide guidance and support to participants, trainers and facilitators, and maintain accurate records of training activities.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Educational Background: Not compulsory, but if you've got a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, Human Resources, Psychology or something related, that's a big plus.
